Membership in the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) is compulsory. The educational requirements and testing necessary to become a full member of CAHPI (ie. Registered Home Inspector or RHI) are extensive. Maintaining membership requires continuing education through annual attendance at regularly scheduled seminars and conferences.
With CAHPI’s continuing education, head office support/updates and regular staff meetings, our inspectors are always up to date with current market issues and ongoing construction innovation. Keeping our inspection and service skills at a high level will always be a priority.
